Prints- Environmental policy
We work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed artworks (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral.
All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council certified sustainable sources. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.
- Shipping
We provide global shipping for all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Print orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK or Europe, in 2 to 5 days to North America and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL.
- Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
- Customs
We have duty free delivery to the US, UK and EU.
Customers in other countries may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.

Original Illustrations
- Packaging
Artworks up to size A3 (29.7 x 42 cm):
Packaged using Jiffy Airkraft envelopes made from a 90gsm Kraft paper exterior with a 12 micron polyethylene coating to grant the product water resistance. The bags have a double glued bottom flap and no side seams for extra protection in transit. The interior of these padded envelopes features a fully laminated lining of bubblewrap ensuring great internal protection for the contents of the parcel. The flat seam construction of the bags enables this bubble lining to hug the inside objects, preventing movement and promoting their safe passage through the postal system. These durable, lightweight Jiffy padded bags are 100% recycled paper fibre lining, and are also 100% recyclable. The illustration will additionally be sealed within a cellophane bag for extra waterproofing and accompanied by cardboard sheets for strength.
Artworks larger than A3 (29.7 x 42 cm+):
All artwork larger than A3 are rolled with 90gsm Tracing Paper to reduce the risk of smudging. Illustrations are then additionally wrapped in bubblewrap ensuring great internal protection for the contents of the parcel and placed inside a cardboard postal tube with plastic end caps and sealed using packing tape.

Original illustrations are packaged and dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or an alternative shipping method.
- Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of not receiving your illustration or if the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to resolve the problem the best way possible.
- Quality Disclosure
All illustrations are hand drawn, signed by the artist and unframed. Original artworks are reviewed, cleaned up to a high standard and fixed using a high quality translucent fixative. Due to the nature of the artwork being created by hand occasionally some illustrations may contain tiny imperfections such as pencil marks or rubbings out. These little details are considered part of the authenticity of the original and will not considered as damage. In the rare occasion a damaged illustration is advertised for purchase this will be disclosed explicitly with a clear description.
